We provide Pre-Condition / Pre-Construction Surveys to Landed Properties & Private Residential Properties. These properties are Bungalows which include Good Class Bungalows, Detached Houses, Semi-Detached Houses, Terrace Houses, Apartments, Condominiums, Cluster Housing and Strata Landed Housing
Over the years we have many survey projects from the Residential sectors; hence our Building Surveyors are experienced and professional in surveying these kinds of properties.
Commercial Properties
Our Pre-Condition / Pre-Construction Surveys to Commercial Properties services include Hotels, Office Buildings, Shopping Centres, Retail Stores and Shops.
These surveys include renovation works, interior fitting out, M&E or electrical cabling works and reinstatement works.
Industrial Properties
For industrial properties, majority of our Pre-Condition / Pre-Construction Survey projects come from Factories which include HDB and JTC properties, Warehouses and Processing Plants.
Some of these properties may have on-going operations during the survey. Our team of Building Surveyors are capable of achieving the objectives and with minimal intrusion to ongoing operations and maintaining their privacy.
Institutional Properties
Our services for Pre-Condition / Pre-Construction Surveys to Institutional Properties include Schools, Institutions of Higher Learning, Childcare Centres, Temples, Churches, Mosques, Community Centres, Hospitals and Homes for the Aged.
Sometimes the survey of Institutional Properties especially Hospitals and Homes can be challenging, especially where there are patients, residents or occupants on premises during the surveying process. We are able to accommodate and plan carefully in terms of priority and timing of the survey with the stakeholders without compromising our objectives.
Public Housing / Housing and Development Board Flats (HDBs)
Our scope for Pre-Condition / Pre-Construction surveys for Public Housing consist of HDB Flats, Dormitories, Hostels, Common areas of Town Council Properties.
HDB projects usually involve the conversion of void deck areas, Lift Up-Grading Program (LUP), Home Improvement Program (HIP) and Neighbourhood Renewal Program (NRP).
Other public housing projects include Town Council / HDB projects like building of new covered linkways, drop-off shelters, surface car parks upgrading or upgrading works to common areas.
Tunnels
We also conduct Pre-condition / Pre construction survey for Tunnels such as MRT Tunnels, Combine Services Tunnels (CST) and survey of the surrounding properties for Deep Tunnel Sewerage Systems (DTSS).
Roads & Parks
We have the requisite experience in Pre-Condition / Pre-Construction Surveys to Public Roads, Driveways & Vehicular Viaducts (columns & soffit of viaducts only). LTA Projects like Park Connector Networks (PCNs), Lifts to Pedestrian Overhead Bridge (POB), Covered Linkway projects, Shelter for POB and Sliver Zone projects. NPark Board projects like Public Parks and Conservation of Buildings.
Highways
Our scope of works for Pre-Condition / Pre-Construction Surveys include survey to LTA Highways and Vehicular Tunnels. Such works will require meeting LTA’s specific Traffic Control Plan (TCP). A specialist road work contractor will have to be engaged to work with us in submitting the TCP to LTA and to provide the use of Truck-Mounted Attenuators (TMA) during the survey.
