AV Consultants Pte Ltd was established in 1981, branched out from Architects Vista to provide ancillary consultancy services for the Built Environment.
Services include quantity surveying, real estate agency, project management, facilities management, managing agents, pre-condition/pre-construction surveying, building inspections etc…
We are greatly focused on Pre-Condition / Pre-Construction Surveys.
Our simple mission to our clients is to - Safeguard and Protect our Clients from any unnecessary claims and avoid any impending disputes which may subsequently arise during or after construction.
